Email updates privacy
This notice explains the email updates signup on embersat.com.
What we collect
We store your email address, the dates you request and confirm a subscription, and your subscription status. The service briefly records request times and network addresses to limit repeated requests and abuse.
How we use it
We use your address to confirm your subscription and send occasional EmberSat news about field results, deployments, and pilot opportunities. You receive updates only after you confirm. The subscriber list is stored privately on our server.
Resend delivers our emails and receives your email address for that purpose. See Resend's privacy policy. We do not sell the signup list or use it to send marketing for other companies.
Your choices
Each update includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe without an account. We keep your unsubscribe status to respect that choice. A new subscription requires a new confirmation.
Confirmation links expire after 24 hours. Unconfirmed requests expire after seven days and are removed by an hourly cleanup. To ask about your data or request its deletion, email [email protected].
